Ingredients
- 500 g 500g shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 2 tbsp 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 4 clove 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp 1 tsp Knorr liquid seasoning (optional)
- 2 stalk 2 stalks scallions/leeks, chopped
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Saute garlic until golden and fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, until they turn pink and are just cooked through, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Stir in the oyster sauce and Knorr liquid seasoning, if using, tossing to coat the shrimp evenly.
- Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens and clings to the shrimp.
- Add the scallions/leeks and toss briefly until just wilted.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
